Your privacy is respected by Hokato Holding B.V. (after this: Hokato Holding), we therefore strive to protect your privacy as good as possible. We take the issue of safeguarding your information  (personal data) very serious. When processing personal data, we observe the applicable privacy laws and regulations. Hokato Holding is designated as the controller for data processing based on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Security measures

In order to protect your data as well a possible, Hokato Holding implemented appropriate technical
and organizational measures. Like a privacy policy in which rules regarding access security,
confidentiality and use of data are described.

Access to your personal data is arranged in such a wat that only authorized employees of Hokato
Holding have access, insofar as it is necessary to perform their work. All employees who process or
view personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
