Article 6. Changes to Prices and Terms

6.1 Tandartspraktijk Ijburg may amend these terms at any time.

6.2 Tandartspraktijk Ijburg will announce any changes or additions to these terms of use at least fourteen days before they take effect via the website, so that you can review them. Minor changes may take effect without prior notice.

6.3 If you do not wish to accept a change or addition, you may terminate the agreement before the effective date. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised or supplemented terms.

Article 7. Miscellaneous Provisions

7.1 These terms of use are governed by Dutch law.

7.2 To the extent not otherwise required by mandatory law, all disputes relating to the website shall be submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district where Tandartspraktijk Ijburg is established.

7.3 If you request an eConsult or repeat prescription via Tandartspraktijk Ijburg, the Guideline on Online Doctor–Patient Contact 2007 applies. This guideline can be reviewed upon request or downloaded via the KNMG website.

7.4 If any provision in these terms of use is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the entire terms. In such a case, the parties will establish new provision(s) that reflect the original intent as closely as legally possible.

7.5 Tandartspraktijk Ijburg is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the agreement to a third party that acquires the website or the relevant business activities.

7.6 Deviations from these terms of use are only binding if accepted in writing by Tandartspraktijk Ijburg.
